About Me
In my 25 years as a Child Protective Services Social Worker with Los Angeles County (D.C.F.S.), I have served thousands of families with layers of severe trauma, addiction and family dysfunction. My experience has shown me that only we as individuals know ourselves best and with the help of a caring, supportive and experienced professional, we can take ownership of our healing.
I currently offer individual and family mental health coaching, as well as consultation and training to mental health professionals and establishments. Given my expertise in traditional therapeutic approaches, I have expanded my skill set through specialized training in psychedelic treatment modalities in the past 7 years. As a consultant, my goal is to assist medical and mental health professionals in integrating these innovative therapies into conventional practice, creating a bridge between established treatment methods and the transformative potential of psychedelics. Through this approach, I aim to enhance patient care by offering a more holistic and effective pathway to mental health and healing.
As a psychedelic integration coach, I offer aid to help tease out your intention, prepare for your journey, unpack and process your experience after your trip and guide you on how to make sense of it all. More important, I can help you apply this life changing experience to your growth and expansion.
At Ritual Recovery, my every intention is to provide you with a safe space for healing and finding your authentic self.
